How to Book

To book your team in the festival and reserve your accommodation please call SCI Sports on 01305 750898 to request a booking and registration form.

Return these forms to us along with a £20.00 per person deposit and registration fee of £25.00 per team.

Final payment of your invoice is due 6 weeks before the event.

PLEASE NOTE THE FESTIVAL IS RESIDENTIAL

Junior & Ladies Tournament

The festival is strictly residential. All teams must provide a qualified umpire. (SCI Sports cannot provide umpires) Any teams without an umpire may be refused entry in to the festival.

Team Registration Fee

All teams are required to pay a team registration fee of £25.00 per team to enter the festival. This is in addition to the accommodation costs.
