It’s easy to see why Lyons Oakfield is a family favourite by enjoying the perfect blend of excitement and peacefulness. Located in the heart of the traditional seaside resort of Towyn, this park boasts fantastic facilities in its brand-new complex. Youngsters can spend hours at the amusements, play areas and sports courts,  while adults can enjoy a sports bar, entertainment lounge, show bar, and an on-site mini shop.

NETBALL TOURNAMENT

The festival is played on Saturday & Sunday on Netball Courts just a drive away from the Holiday Park's at Rydal Penrhos School - teams are to make there own way to the netball courts. Games are played between 9.00am - 5pm on both days , expect to spend half a day at the courts each day & the other half a day enjoying the facilities on resort. Each team can expect to play 3 to 8 games per day on both days.Length of games varies depending on number of matches played.

CELEBRITY PRESENTATION

SCI Sports is delighted to announce that we will be having a Celebrity Presentation at our Junior Netball Festival at Rhyl in 2024. All players receive a medal for competing in the festival, plus there are Winners & Runners-Up trophies in each age group for the Cup and Plate Sections (Plate depends on final number of teams entered in an age group), which are all awarded at the Superb end of Festival Presentation around 3-5pm on Sunday afternoon at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park with a very Special Guest. In 2023 we was delighted to welcome Team Bath Head Coach and 3 Time Netball Superleague Winner Asha Francis to the presentation at Brean, Eboni Usoro Brown to Bognor Regis & Minehead & Nat Panagarry to Skegness. Who will you meet at Rhyl in 2024?

ACCOMMODATION CARAVANS

We have selected 5 grades of caravan accommodation at the three resorts for the festival. Bronze  Caravans - The Bronze range of caravans offer a great value for money experience in a comfortable classic style holiday home. Two or three bedrooms (one double plus one or two twin rooms, plus Double sofa bed in the lounge for 8 berths)  Silver  Caravans - For those who like a more cosy & contemporary accommodation choice, the Silver Caravans tick all the boxes. Each home has 2 or 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 4, 6 or 8 persons respectively. All bed linen is provided. Silver Plus  & Gold Caravans - Silver Plus & Gold Caravans feature a modern stylish & luxurious feel. All have Double Glazing, Central Heating, & modern facilities - bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival. These units really do offer exceptional facilities.
Platinum Caravans - These caravans have everything you could ever need, many were new on resort in 2023 and for those wanting all the extra facilities and luxuries then these are the caravans for you.
NB: All caravans come with bathroom, 2 or 3 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, dining area, lounge with colour tv & FREE GAS & ELECTRICITY.
