Join SCI Sports at the ever impressive Butlins Bognor Regis resort in 2024 for an action packed netball weekend. In addition to the netball we have acquired great accommodation in the Ocean Hotel at Butlins which is solely for SCI Netball for the weekend. Plus we also have Gold/Standard Apartments for the weekend in 4, 5 & 6 berths. So if you are looking for a weekend of great netball, great fun, and great accommodation, then this is the festival for you!! Please note all units are sold on a first come, first served basis. FANCY DRESS IS NOT PERMITTED AT ANY BUTLINS RESORT FOR NETBALL WEEKENDS

The 2024 SCI Sports Netball Weekend at Bognor Regis for Ladies Teams will be staged at the Bishops Luffa High School which is just a 15 minutes drive, from Butlins, & has 2 indoor & 4 outdoor courts, There is also catering, changing rooms, toilets & first aid at the venue. All Juniors will play on 4 Outdoor courts at the Arena Sports Centre which are just a 5 minute drive from the Butlins resort. Over 70 teams competed at Bognor Regis in 2023 - Book Early as demand always outstrips supply - so book early to avoid disappointment.

Butlins Bognor Regis is situated on the West Sussex coast, and the resort is close by to a Blue Flag Sandy beach, where adults & children alike can have hours of fun.

SATURDAY NIGHT - ADULTS NETBALL PARTY

With so much entertainment - across the resort there is something for everyone at Butlins to keep the Junior Netball Teams entertained each and every night of your break. There are great shows and bands across the venues on resort throughout the weekend, with this in mind we will not be running a junior netball party at Bognor in 2024 as there is so much to do and see . We will have an Adults Netball party in Hotshots into the small hours on Saturday Night. SCI Sports host the Adults Party with regular Party DJ Mark Smart on the decks.

Butlins, Bognor Regis is an all action resort with something quite simply for everyone. The resort offers a superb all round package featuring great hotel accommodation plus a choice of 4,5 or 6 berth apartments as well, traditional fairground, Splash Waterworld with waterslides galore plus Wave Pools & much more besides, weatherproof Skyline Pavilion with plenty of entertainment, shops, bars and cafes to choose form plus there is Hotshots Ten Pin Bowling Alley & American Pool plus Amusements too! CELEBRITY PRESENTATION

Once the netball has finished on Sunday afternoon every junior player receives a medal for taking part in the festival. There are also winners and runners-up trophies to be won in each age group in a cup and plate format, depending on the final number of teams entered in an age group for the weekend.
In 2023 we was delighted to welcome England Legend Eboni Usoro-Brown to award all the medals and trophies to every junior team and also talk to players and coaches from the teams in attendance. A superb way to round off a fabulous weekend of netball.

TRADITIONAL FAIRGROUND

Enjoy the thrills & spills of the traditional fairground at Butlins with a Traditional Funfair opened at Bognor Regis which includes: The Carousel, Waltzers, Helter Skelter, Trabant, Wave Swinger, Trampolines, & Rockin' Tug. All rides are free except for the Bungee Trampolines & Go-Karts.

SPLASH WATERWORLD

The £40 MILLION Splash Waterworld Opened in 2019 at Bognor Regis is so much fun that you won’t know where to start. Take a ride on The Family Raft Ride or a trip down the Adrenaline Flume, or a dip in a Bubble Pool, alternatively you take a slide down the stick of rock flumes, play with the water cannons, or have fun in the Wave Pool or Seaside Garden Rapids. Plus there is the Helter Skelter Water Slide, The Racer Slides, & The Pavilion Slides. And that’s not all. Butlin's are turning Scoop into an ice cream dessert parlour, featuring Wafflemeister’s freshly made Belgian waffles – think yummy new flavours, tempting toppings, gooey cookie dough and more.

We have acquired accommodation in the very impressive Ocean Hotel at the Butlins, Bognor Regis resort. For those of you who like that something extra special for the weekend – this really is the place to stay.

OCEAN HOTEL ROOMS - 2/3/4/5 BERTH ONLY

The Ocean Hotel rooms include daily housekeeping, 24 hour dedicated reception team, balcony with table & chairs to enjoy the view over the South Downs, king size or twin beds in the main area, twin beds in the second bedroom area, floor to ceiling windows, temperature control, tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridge and a flat screen TV & DVD player in the main area and the second bedroom area. The room also has a bathroom with bath & shower.
PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE ONLY 30 X 2 BERTH ROOMS - THESE ARE IN SHORT SUPPLY.

GOLD APARTMENTS - 4/5/6 BERTH ONLY

Gold apartments are 2 or 3 bedroom apartments and come complete with fully fitted kitchen, fridge, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, plus lounge area with sofas and remote control tv, 2 or 3 bedrooms consisting of 1 double & 1 twin room or 1 double & 2 twin rooms depending on size of accommodation. Gold accommodation comes with daily house keeping as well as towels for all guests. Gold apartments do not come with balconies.

STANDARD APARTMENT - 4 BERTH ONLY

VALUE FOR MONEY - Standard Apartments are 4 berth only, and are of a studio layout, with double bed in living space and separate bedroom with twin beds. The apartments come with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom as well as colour tv.

Half-Board Dining Option - Hotel Dining Only

If you wish to upgrade to Half-Board - Prices for hotel dining are for 3 nights dining only starting from Friday night on your arrival through to Sunday morning breakfast. £95.25 per adult or child 15+ & £53.85 per child aged 6 - 14yrs, for 3 days dining in the Ocean Hotel (Dinner Friday, Breakfast, Dinner Saturday, Breakfast, Dinner Sunday, Breakfast Monday). Half-Board must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance.

Full occupancy of 4, 5 or 6 persons applies in all apartments at Butlins. Ocean Hotel is based on full occupancy of rooms.
