Join SCI Sports at the excellent Golden Palm Resort in 2026 for a fun filled netball weekend and experience. Following on from the huge success of our two netball weekends at Skegness over the past 11 years - Demand is sure to be high for the two netball events at Skegness in 2026, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment. ALL TEAMS MUST BOOK THROUGH SCI SPORTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FESTIVAL. WRISTBAND FOR ENTRY TO THE NETBALL COURTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO PERSONS BOOKED THROUGH SCI SPORTS.

CELEBRITY PRESENTATION

Once your netball has finished on Sunday afternoon head on back to the Golden Palm Resort for a Celebrity Presentation in the Superb Club Tropicana Venue where we will have a great end of weekend Presentation, taken to another level from previous years! Every player receives a medal for taking part in the festival as they go up on stage to receive there medals from a famous netball personality. There are also winners and runners up trophies to be won in each age group in a cup and plate format, depending on the final number of teams entered in an age group for the weekend.
In 2025 we was delighted to welcome Nottingham & England Star Jayda Pechova & in 2024 we was delighted to welcome Manchester Thunder Star Paige Read, in 2023 we was thrilled to welcome Super League Legend & Loughborough Lightning Captain Nat Panagarry and in 2022 we welcomed another Super League Legend Karen Greig who joined us at Skegness - Jayda, Paige, Nat & Karen awarded all the medals and trophies to every team and also talk to players and coaches from the teams in attendance. A superb way to round off a fabulous weekend of netball.

THE NETBALL ITSELF

The 2026 SCI Sports Juniors & Adults Netball Weekend at Skegness will be staged at the Skegness Academy which is just a 10 minutes drive from Golden Palm Resort. At the academy there are 7 outdoor netball courts, as well as 1 indoor court for the festival for the weekend. The academy also offers catering facilities, toilets, changing rooms & first aid. Each team will play either a morning or afternoon session on both Saturday & Sunday resulting in the knockout stages later on Sunday.

Each Team can expect to play 4 to 8 games per day on Saturday & Sunday, final number of games and length of games ofr each age group depends on the final number of teams entered in an age group.

Keep up to date with all the Scores with the SCI Score Centre app - This was a great introduction to our festivals in 2023 and we will continue this into 2026.

UMPIRES INCLUDED
SCI Sports Netball Festivals now includes FREE UMPIRES for all teams for the weekend. There is no need to provide an umpire for the weekend as we have it covered. All our umpires are Grade C and above.

Accommodation at the Golden Palm Resort is a fleet of caravans which are available in 4, 5, 6 & 8 berths. All caravans are equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, heating in the lounge area, colour TV, either 2 or 3 bedrooms, and a bathroom. There is a choice of 3 grades of caravans for the weekend - Bronze Heated, Silver or Gold so there is a choice of accommodation for everyone.

This holiday park offers a Superb Heated Indoor Fun Pool with hair raising water slides for all the family. Trained Life Guards are on duty to ensure your safety at all times. The resort is also home to one of the East Coast's Premier Entertainment Venues - Club Tropicana. There is always something special going on at the spectacular Club Tropicana , You'll love it! Dancing to live bands, listening to great singers and laughing with very funny comedians. With high tech lighting and a superb sound system which is the envy of the East Coast, the entertainment is presented in a manner only equalled by stage shows in the West End. Click the Book Now Button at the top of the page and register your teams with a £50 per team entry fee. Once you have done this SCI Sports will approve your teams booking and entry. You will then be sent an email with Pin Code which you use to book the accommodation with. You can either book all the accommodation for your club or share the Pin Code with Parents so each family can book there own caravans with SCI Sports Netball Festivals for the weekend. The Unique Pin Code will LINK all your teams bookings together on our online booking system.
