SCI Sports Netball Festivals is delighted to announce that we will be returning for the 4th Year in a row for the 4th SCI Sports North Wales Junior Netball Festival in 2027 with accommodation at 2 Lyons Holiday Parks in the seaside town of Rhyl in North Wales.

The North Wales Junior Netball Festival in 2027 is for teams in the under 11s to under 15s age groups. There was a great atmosphere throughout the whole weekend in 2026 with many teams expressing an interest in returning in 2027, so book early to secure your places. The 2026 tournament saw between 9 to 14 teams per age group take part in the festival, with numbers set to increase even further in 2027!

The netball itself is played on outdoor courts at Rydal Penrhos School in Colwyn Bay. Rydal Penrhos School were great hosts in 2024, 2025 & 2026 and we will be returning to this venue in 2027.

SCI Sports has acquired sole use of the superb Lyons, Robin Hood Holiday Park in Rhyl as well as further accommodation at Winkups Holiday Park too all in Rhyl and all belong to Lyons Holiday Parks, so you can be assured of a warm welcome, great entertainment and facilities for the weekend.

Lyons Robin Hood (4 star rated) is one of the very best Holiday Parks in the Rhyl area & has so much to offer for the festival that the only question is – how will you fit everything in, in just the weekend?

NETBALL TOURNAMENT

The festival is played on Saturday & Sunday on Netball Courts just a drive away from the Holiday Park's at Rydal Penrhos School - teams are to make there own way to the netball courts. Games are played between 9.00am - 5pm on both days , expect to spend half a day at the courts each day & the other half a day enjoying the facilities on resort. Each team can expect to play 3 to 8 games per day on both days.Length of games varies depending on number of matches played.

CELEBRITY PRESENTATION

SCI Sports is delighted to announce that we will be having a Celebrity Presentation at our Junior Netball Festival at Rhyl in 2027. All players receive a medal for competing in the festival, plus there are Winners & Runners-Up trophies in each age group for the Cup and Plate Sections (Plate depends on final number of teams entered in an age group), which are all awarded at the Superb end of Festival Presentation around 3-5pm on Sunday afternoon at Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park with a very Special Guest.

We have selected 5 grades of caravan accommodation at the three resorts for the festival.
Bronze Caravans - The Bronze range of caravans offer a great value for money experience in a comfortable classic style holiday home. Two or three bedrooms (one double plus one or two twin rooms, plus Double sofa bed in the lounge for 8 berths)
Silver Caravans - For those who like a more cosy & contemporary accommodation choice, the Silver Caravans tick all the boxes. Each home has 2 or 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 4, 6 or 8 persons respectively. All bed linen is provided.
Silver Plus & Gold Caravans - Silver Plus & Gold Caravans feature a modern stylish & luxurious feel. All have Double Glazing, Central Heating, & modern facilities - bed linen is provided and beds made up for your arrival. These units really do offer exceptional facilities.
Platinum Caravans - These caravans have everything you could ever need, many were new on resort in 2025 and for those wanting all the extra facilities and luxuries then these are the caravans for you.
